CRESTWOOD, Ill. — A south suburban car dealership said a woman came into the facility on Thursday, took some keys when no one was around and took off with a car.The manager of Your Choice Auto Sales in Crestwood said it all happened within a matter of minutes and the woman almost ran the manager over as she was leaving. ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN) -- Drivers in Round Rock are being asked to avoid Interstate 35 as police respond to an incident near Westinghouse Road. The Round Rock Police Department tweeted the northbound side of the interstate is shut down in the area as police respond to an incident. The southbound side is also shut down, according to TxDOT. TxDOT tweeted northbound traffic is diverting to FM 1431 frontage road, and southbound traffic is diverting to Westinghouse Road. Drivers are urged to find alternate routes. AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Two pieces of legislation aimed at reforming the Texas Medical Board are moving forward and, if signed into law, could impact all Texas patients.The Texas House overwhelmingly passed HB 1998 Friday, which was filed in direct response to a series of KXAN investigations. ST. LOUIS - A busy stretch of Interstate 64 is flooded in St. Louis during rush hour after a water main break Friday afternoon. The interstate is flooded in both directions near Tamm Avenue. The water main break happened right around 4 p.m. Water has been steadily gushing from a main for about an hour. Traffic is backed up several miles in both directions. Westbound drivers are slowly navigating through one lane. Eastbound drivers are at a standstill. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is attending to the situation, though it's unclear how long the highway might be closed.
