FREMONT COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) — FOX31 has learned the names of the four people who died after a small Cessna plane crashed near Cañon City Saturday morning.According to the Teller County Coroner's Office, Bruce Claremont, Laurie Aves, and Roger and Katherine Duncan, all from Florence, were killed in the crash. ‘Then we heard people crying for help’: Witness of HVAC collapse feels lucky her family left unscathed The crash happened at around 9:30 a.m. Saturday, but the site was not located until Sunday morning. DENVER (KDVR) — A property owner can make the equivalent of a healthy yearly salary with a short-term rental in Colorado. Cabins fetch high prices as short-term rentals on sites such as Airbnb or VRBO, according to a release of revenue projections from AirDNA which collects short-term rental data. In 25 areas, a cabin has the potential to bring in at least $64,000 a year. The state's median household income was just over $80,000 in 2021. The City of Miami Police Department arrested 29-year-old Eric Bernard Givens after he abused his position of authority when he made inappropriate actions towards minors in an elementary school.On Friday, Givens was arrested by the City of Miami Police Department officers after detectives found out that he was connected to two separate incidents with underage girls, one of them involving rape.
